Carbon13 I SCSp is a follow-the-winners fund, designed to capitalise on the growth opportunities encountered by our most successful Venture Builder ventures. Unlike a blind pool, the fund comprises an existing portfolio of ventures at formation, giving investors immediate exposure to ventures vetted through our programmes.

Proprietary Dealflow
Portfolio companies are sourced exclusively through Carbon13's programmes. We invest first, before any external investor, at the earliest possible stage, with months of team observation and due diligence already completed.

Diligenced at Entry
By the time the Fund invests, each venture has been observed through Carbon13's programme: months of team dynamics, commercial validation and execution evidence that external investors simply don't have access to.

10M Tonnes CO₂e
Every portfolio company must demonstrate the potential to mitigate at least 10 million tonnes of CO₂e per annum at scale, across energy, materials, food systems, the built environment and enabling platforms.

SFDR Article 9
The fund has sustainable investment as its objective, with 90% of investments targeting commercial solutions with a measurable positive impact on Earth's vital systems. Classified as Article 9 under EU SFDR.

Co-founder & CEO, Carbon13
20+ years experience at the intersection of sustainability and startups, including UNEP, UK Government and World Bank. PhD from the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge. Co-founded Carbon13 in 2019.
Perminder Dhillon
Principal, Carbon13
Brings 15+ years of experience across partnership development, business strategy, fundraising and go-to-market execution. Starting in private equity, he later moved into operational roles in technology startups, leading GTM through pre- and post-IPO phases, and now supports founders on fundraising strategy and investor readiness.
